Can you help me plan a custom Denmark trip?

We don't currently offer custom planning as a service — our bandwidth goes into the published itineraries that anyone can use. If your trip is unusual (a wedding, a specific anniversary, etc.), write to us and we'll suggest the best of what we have.

My Stripe purchase didn't deliver — what now?

Check your spam folder first (the delivery email comes from Stripe with the subject "Your NordGuide receipt"). If it's not there, email support@nord-guide.com with the email you used at checkout and we'll resend within 2 hours.

I run a Copenhagen restaurant / hotel — can I be in a guide?

We don't accept submissions. Every recommendation has to come from a place we've personally been at least twice. You're welcome to invite us in if you'd like, but it has no bearing on whether you end up in a guide — we still only include places we genuinely love.

Are you on social media?

Lightly. We post when something new publishes. The newsletter is where we put the substance — one short email per release, no algorithm.
